Race consciousness became a strong issue in Europe as a result of:c. colonial expansion
During the colonial expansion to different territories that had different race majority than them, many people in Europe realize that their act of colonization often create a stunt in the development of their economic and scientific advancement. Because of this, opposition of colonization start to arise from within the Europe itself.
