If you mean an armed, officially accepted conflict then the only conflict I can think of is Sweden's engagement in Afghanistan (although the conflict does not actually take pace in Sweden) - as a part of NATO forces.
If you mean other (not-official), internal conflict in Sweden: there is an internal disagreement about whether refugees should be allowed into the country and how there should be integrated and a potential cultural clash between the people arriving and already living in Sweden.
