If the earth becomes warmer, then yes more water will evaporate because water vapor, which is a result of evaporation, comes from water that is heated up. And also yes more clouds will form because when the water vapor would rise up into the atmosphere, it will turn into its liquid state due to the pressure of the atmosphere that causes it to cool through a process called condensation. When this happens, then the liquids that will hit other particles will turn into small clouds.
