Coronary artery disease.
 When plaque builds up, this will result in narrowing coronary artery and decreased blood flow may happen. This decreased blood flow may result in angina or chest pain, shortness of breath. This is also known as the ischemic hear disease which refer to a group of diseases which includes stable angi, unstable angina, myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac death. Plaques are waxy substance that accumulates on the vessel wall. Usually complete blockage can cause heart attack and immediate medical intervention must be done to the patient.
