Festival icons are part of Orthodox Christian's religious tradition.
In the Orthodox Christian Church, icons are visual representations of God, the saints, or numerous scenes from the Bible. The word “icon” comes from the Greek word “Eikona.” In fact, they'll be copied to the first days of the church. Today, we have a tendency to use it to talk to the assorted painted pictures that are the gift in Orthodox Churches and in Orthodox Christian homes.
