It is possible to evaluate a group leader's ability by means of the "trait approach" which states that leaders have certain traits or patterns of behaviors and thoughts which distinguish them from the group. The evaluation will demonstrate the leaders' personality characteristics (such as; enthusiasm, verbal facility, creativity, temperament, and expertise) who will be influential among the members of the group. Besides, the evaluation results will help find out effective communicator leaders who enhance critical thinking attitudes among the group members, help clarify the members' doubts and motivate the group to achieve its goals.
