2nd one, It was allowed to keep Industry, however it could not produce items of war.

The 3rd and fourth are completely wrong, Germany had All the War's debt, and it had to dismantle it's near Entire military strength.
the 1st would be slightly wrong, since it didn't share responsibility, it took All of it.
The answer is, It had to give up much of its industrial complex. :)))
