If the sign is < or >, the line will be dashed.
If the sign is ≤ or ≥, the line will be solid.

If the sign is < or 
≤, shading will be below the line.
If the sign is > or ≥, shading will be above the line.

That being said, both lines will be solid for the inequalities. The first inequality will have shading below the line, the second inequality will have shading above the line.

So options A & B are correct.
