Transuranium elements are elements with atomic numbers greater than that of Uranium, which is 92. Uranium is not included, so Uranium would be incorrect. Curium is the only element of this list that is an example of a transuranium element, with an atomic number of 96. Many transuranic elements are the product of the decay of Uranium and Thorium, but the two on their own are not considered transuranic.
