Human capital includes skills and knowledge one ones, which can be used to provide economic value. Consequently, the greater the human capital the greater level of development will be, since more skills and knowledge will be used for prosperity.
Some of the advantages of minimum wage workers is that less money is taken from state budget in order to pay their work and some unemployed workers will be challenged to search for a job, since minimum wage is more optimal than public assistance. Disadvantage is that families of those workers are living poorly.
