       The answer to question number 18 could well be B.Remember that hip hop music came as a revolutionary movement and the passion writters put in their lyrics could well be full of fire.The image of a burning man may well describe the origin of all the injustice, which has been unheard for long.Those voices , all of them cannot be ignored , the same as a burning man

I also agree with your choice of A as the answer to question 19.To be" in borders " has a very powerful connotation connected to behaving in some crazy manner .Therefore , it is a direct remark to her actions.
