Communication is the exchange or transfer of information from one person to the other. It has two types, the verbal communication and the nonverbal communication. The verbal communication  that uses oral or written language to convey or transfer information. On the other hand  nonverbal communication do not use oral or written language to convey thoughts. It could be expressed through signs, symbols or even gestures. Therefore, the answer would be letter "B. communication using gesture."
