basically, both four and five are asking you to rewrite your sentences to make them stronger. Or an easy way to put it, combine the sentences so that they make sense together. I will use two examples from both 4 and 5.
From 4: When he looked at me, I felt all fluttery inside.
Mary ran to tell her sister the good news.
Two sentences from 5:
While it is 11;00 in New York, it is only 6:00 in Denver.
His purpose in buying the best grade of lumber was so he could build the stupidest house possible.
I hope these hell, writing out all of them would be really hard to read .
