Walk more, cook food from scratch, make own sauces with less sugar and salt, cut out processed food, grow own veggies,
Some inexpensive ways to keep yourself healthy include; exercising at home, going for walks, finding hobbies that keep you active, eating healthy, avoiding foods with large amounts of sugar or carbohydrates, making healthy home cooked meals, DRINK LOTS OF WATER, etc. the list could go on!
