Since it is absent clouds, it does not have high rainfall, and the highest wind speeds actually occur at the periphery of this region, the eye wall. Moreover, the eye has the lowest, not highest, air pressure in the storm. It does, however, have the highest temperature - in some cases up to 10F higher than elsewhere in the storm - making this the correct answer.
