D) is the only answer choice that makes sense. What does A) have to do with antisemitism? The question itself tells you that Jews were discriminated against, so B) and C) also make no sense.

An unintended result of the Leo Frank case was that about half of Georgia's Jewish population moved to other states following the case. Jewish people who stayed assimilated, became anti-Israel, or converted to Christianity.
