The charge nurse must recognize some ignorant positive or negative character of nurse’s level of association with the victim where it often occurs to dismissed sentiments, originating from the clinician’s past life happening and becoming a disturbing influence on the association between clinician and client.

From these associations, one of her nurses is undergoing counter transference where she is over-identifying with the patient and that work will be shown in the characteristic of thought the sufferer experiences.

Countertransference takes place when a nurse puts his or her emotions unto a patient.  Countertransference occurs when a nurse allows his or her experiences to affect their relationship with a patient. It is when nurses allows their emotions from the experience they had in the past to affect their response to patients.

  • When a nurse goes against or competes with patient
  • When a nurse argues with patient
