Name at least one way the constitution gives powers to the Judicial or Legislative branches of government to limit Presidential powers. Do you think it is effective?
answer: With a two-thirds vote, the legislative branch can impeach the president for wrongdoing. I think this is effective because it doesn't allow for the president to break the rules and get away with it.
