The perspective that emphasizes the conflict between unpaid work and paid caregiving would of course be on the perspective of paid labor. A person does not work freely, his labor must be given of a somewhat exchange according to whatever terms or conditions he had set with his employer. Therefore there would be conflict if a hard labor is unpaid.
