All of these situations are dangerous, and do not give you the right of way to enter the intersection.

I think it is D. all of the above because if you did any of those things when the light was red you would have a 52.6% of surviving. The only time you can move your vehicle when the light is red is if you are turning right. But, be sure to look both ways for safety measures.
