1:24  get them each doqwn 1 inch 24 inche = 2 feet
2 in = 4 ft. then

14 in = 28 ft.  ( 14/2=7  7x4=28)
 7in = 14 ft.  (7/2 = 3.5 x 4= 14)
then 

area = l x w 
  28 x 14 =
392 ft
