Ella is making three batches of banana milkshakes she needs 3/4 gallon of milk for each batch her measuring cup oats 1/4 gallon how many times will she need to fill the measuring cup to make all three batches of milkshake

for three batches
we will multiply the fractions by 3
3/4(3)=9/4
1/4(3)=3/4

so she will fill it once for the oats
we will make the 9/4 into a mixed number, 2 1/4
she will have to fill it two whole times and a third to get the extra fourth 

According to my calculations she will fill the cup four times to make all three batches of milkshake
