Howard Carter was an English archaeologist and Egyptoloist who became world famous after discovering the intact tomb of 18th Dynasty Pharaoh Tutankhamen in November 1922

He became famous for discovering the intact tomb of King Tut , his real name is Tutankhamen. Carter was an archaeologist. This all happened in November of 1922. King Tut was a Pharaoh of the 18th Dynasty he was given the crown as a kid. Carter was also studying Egyptology.
