Stem Cells. Hope this helps.

The embryonic cells after differentiation turn into specialized cells.

• The embryonic cells are the stem cells, they are the pluripotent cells, which can differentiate into almost all kinds of cells.

• The changing of a cell to a more specialized kind of cell, that is, involving a  change from proliferation to specialization is known as stem cell differentiation.

• The embryonic stem cells differentiate into two cells, that is, a duplicate stem cell and the daughter cell.

• The daughter cell further differentiates and after each division turns into more specialized cells.

Thus, cell differentiation makes embryonic cells become specialized cells.
