3.2x = 96·(12.5)
3.2x = 1,200
x = 1,200/3.2
x = 12,000/32
x = 375 miles

or

96/3.2 = 960/32 = 30 miles/gallon

1 gallon ⇒ 30 miles
12.5 gallons ⇒ x miles

x = 30·(12.5)
x = 375 miles
