Magnetic flux change rate = Change of flux / time = (BA-BA CosФ)/Time

B= 1.1 T, A = 0.25*0.40 = 0.1 m^2, Ф = 37°

Therefore,
Magnetic flux change rate  = (1.1*0.1 -1.1*0.1 Cos 37)/0.06 = 0.0222 Wb/s
