 We have then:
 d = 2 * r
 Where,
 r: radius
 Substituting:
 d = 2 * (3.25)
 d = 6.5 feet
 We now look for the perimeter of the square.
 P = 4L
 Where,
 L: square side
 L = d = 6.5 feet ("a circular spa that will be enclosed by a square deck")
 Substituting we have:
 P = 4 * (6.5)
 P = 26 feet
