21 years ago, I was half the age I am now. How old am I?

I am 24 years older than double my elder son’s age. How old is my elder son? (You know my age from the previous problem.)

Your son’s age is 9 years old (42 - 24 = 18, 18 / 2 = 9)

You are 42 years old because 21×2=42 and your son is 18 because 42-24=18! Hope this helps;)
