According to the US Constitution, the government and its officers are not ABOVE THE LAW.
Everyone is obligated to follow the law under the US Constitution.

According to the constitution Government only act as a representative that act as an extension to fulfil the will of the people. This mean that the government is the servant of the people, not their leaders. Which is why they are not and shall never be above the law.
