Dysphonia is any speech impairment that makes it troublatic in conversing. Challenges in talking normally marked and wittnessed by hoarseness. Any irregularity in the vocal speech example as hoarseness. Dysphonia puberum leads to the voice fluctuations that occur in young boys.
