Staphylococcus aureus
Staphylococcus aureus is bacterial that causes staphylococcal food poisoning which is one of the most common food-borne diseases. This food poisoning is caused by the ingestion of foods contaminated with enterotoxins produced by staphylococcus aureus. The enterotoxins produced by this organism are able to survive in stomach acids, drying and extreme temperature which makes them heat stable.
