I agree because in order to have a functioning society there has to be stability. In order to be stable, there has to be other assets. For instance, control.

For everyone seeks stability, and certainty in their needs: food, shelter, health and other material resources such as money, possessions, etc.

Balance produces stability, and stability generates satisfaction in society.
