3. Use the Fermi process to estimate the number of bricks needed to fill an empty bathtub. Show your work.

My teacher said you can use approximate dimensions of the bricks and bathtub. He said use the easiest ones so that it will be easy to solve.

bath tub: 60 x 30 x 18

brick: 8 x 4 x 2

fermi process:
(60 x 30 x 18) /  (8 x 4x 2)
             
 =  32,400 / 64

 = 506.25

 estimated as 500 bricks
