Which of the following is the best example of a community?
A.
a warm, humid climate with plenty of rainfall
B.
a nest of mockingbirds, some bullfrogs, a pond, and a sandy shore
C.
bees and wasps around a group of purple cornflowers
D.
a school of sunfish

Respuesta :

It wouldn't be A. because it is describing the weather of the area.

I don't think its B. either. Because even though it is describing the organisms in the area, it is also describing the abiotic features. The definition of a community is a population of living things interacting with each other. So B. is just describing an environment.  The same reasoning for C.

So I agree, it would most likely be the school of sunfish.
