where the base in circular.

[tex] h=2r,h=2*9/2=9cm [/tex]

we know that surface area [tex] =2\pi rh=2*\pi *9/2*9=81\pi ,cm^2 [/tex]=[tex] 254.5cm^2 [/tex]

surface area=[tex] 2\pi rh+2\pi r^2=81\pi +9\pi *(9/2)=381.7cm^2 [/tex].
