Answer
Phospholipid and triglycerides both are types of lipids.
Explanation
Lipid is a diverse group of biomolecules, because all of their types have no commonalities except triglyceride and phospholipid.
Triglyceride
It is that type of lipid which is composed of one glycerol and three fatty acid. Glycerol is an alcohol molecule which is composed of three carbon atom and each carbon is attached to -OH group. the structure is shown in figure. During condensation reaction glycerol molecule combine with three fatty acid and form one glycerol molecule and release three water molecules.
Phospholipid
When one fatty acid in triglyceride is replaced with phosphoric acid it become phospholipid. It is an important constituent of plasma membrane, and maintain their fluidity and make them differential permeable membrane.

Answer:
Triglycerides have three fatty acids and phospholipids only have two.
