I believe the answer is Input
The rise in your body temperature should be captured by the thermoreceptor of the body. This receptor will sent a signal to the brain, telling the condition. Brain will send out signal to the sweat glands in the skin to make them secrete the sweat. The sweat will take heat from the skin when vaporized, reduce the body temperature.
Answer
The above statement is an example of negative feedback process.
Negative feedback mechanism
It is the process of maintaining stability in human body so that body perform their normal function in best possible way.
Example
Thermoregulation is an example of negative feedback process in which body maintain constant body temperature.
Mechanism of thermoregulation
When body temperature is higher than core temperature (37°C), thermoreceptors in body detect that change and send message to hypothalamus. The hypothalamus responds to sympathetic nervous system, which increase the secretion of sweat from body and decrease muscular activity. Through sweating more evaporation occurs and due to reduce muscular activity less heat is generated in the body. Similarly, skin arteriole wall relaxes or dilate, so more blood come into skin which losses heat through radiation and conduction.
