a. I plotted the data on the graph below.

b. The line of the best fit is the dotted line that goes as close as possible through all the points.

c. It looks like a student who gets 32 on Math should get about 26 on Chem (the red square on the best-fit line).

d. A student who scored 45 in Chem probably scored about 48 in Math  (the red diamond on the best-fit line) .

e. It looks as if Math and Chem grades are linearly related. If you do well in Math, you are quite likely to do well in Chem, although your marks in Chem will probably be a little lower than in Math.
