Tammy has a positive view of challenges .She develop a deep interest in and a strong commitment to becoming a good teacher. When she doesn't pass her first teaching praxis exam, she quickly recovers and works to overcome the setback. Albert Bandura would say Tammy has confidence and determination to master her challenges.
Who was Albert Bandura?
Albert Bandura was born in Mundare, Alberta. December 4, 1925 – July 26, 2021 was a Canadian-American psychologist who was the David Starr Jordan Professor in Psychology at Stanford University.
Bandura have accomplished contributions to the field of education and to several fields of psychology, including social cognitive theory, therapy, and personality psychology, and was also of influence in the transition between behaviorism and cognitive psychology.
He is well known for the originator of social learning theory. He later renamed the social cognitive theory and the theoretical construct of self-efficacy, and is also responsible for the influential 1961 Bobo doll experiment. This Bobo doll experiment demonstrated the concept of observational learning.
What is Confidence?
Confidence simply means feeling sure of yourself and your abilities — not in an arrogant way, but in a realistic, secure way.
Confidence isn't about feeling superior to others and feel others inferior. It's a quiet inner knowledge that you're capable. Confident people always feel secure rather than insecure.

A judicial decision settling and ending a controversy can be known as Determination.
