A pancake recipe calls for 4 cups of flour and 3 cups of milk.Does a recipe calling for 2 cup of flour and 1.5 cups milk use the same ratio of flour to milk?

4 cups of flour/3 cups of milk= 1.33 flour/milk
2 cups of flour/ 1.5 cups of milk= 1.33 flour/milk
As you can see, these are the same ratios.
