Answer - The reason the Articles of Confederation fell was because of its lack of being strong. The government which was under the Articles at the time was way too weak and they couldn't enforce any laws which meant they couldn't be strong and had absolutely no power. The continental congress had borrowed money from them to use in the Revolutionary War but couldn't repay anything they borrowed.
