good way for women to fight for the vote? Why or why not?

It was a way for them to get a word out there yes. But there isn't anything really that was done to make the government consider liberty for women. They could have used symbolism such as reenactments of different events or an event that could be changed or would have been changed if women could have voted or could vote. Along with that, several chants and signs with partitions signed by several known people and other citizens. That would have been a better demonstration.
