It can relieve stress and soothe muscles therefore it's beneficial.

2.   It not true because if the body has a lot of protein then the body will store it as fat. It has a lot to do with weight like it can lead to weight loss if short term or if you’re not watching your calories and eating too much protein you can gain weight. If you eat too much red meat protein you are at risk of heart disease. If a vegetarian or vegan have to get protein, they would have to eat foods like tofu or lentils and green peas.
