Ben knows that his employees will probably complain a little, but not much. They will follow his example as a leader that also works with them during the weekends. They have been doing it for ten years, so it's no surprise to any of them.

It would be a completely different scenario if Ben didn't work with them during the weekends, then they would be very upset.
