On an E. coli-inoculated plate, I don't anticipate Penicillin G to display an Inhibition zone itself around disks.
Penicillin G has been shown to be effective against Gram-positive microorganisms. In this case, the plate is infected with E coli, a Gram-negative bacterium resistant to penicillin G. Because the bacterium is sensitive to Penicillin G, there will be a tiny or no inhibition zones.
