If the person really needs to speak to him/her, then it is probably a important matter to tell the person so he/she will definitely be there, and because perhaps and probably basically mean the same thing.
This is because, of you really want to to somebody right to! Then they will definitely be there! If it wasn’t important they would’ve said perhaps and probably... which perhaps doesn’t even fit well in the sentence
