Mass of solvent (water) = 100 - 95 = 5g
Moles of water = 5g / 18g/mol = 0.27mol
Moles of ethanol = 95g / 46g/mol = 2.06mol
Mole fraction of water = 0.27 / (0.27+2.06) = 0.11
Mole fraction of ethanol = 2.06 / (0.27+2.06) = 0.8
Hence required mole fraction of water & ethanol is 00.11 and 0.8 respectively.
