This is PE so I didn't know what subject to put down

Hey can some of you guys help me determine a respectable jump distance (check the picture to know what im talking abt) so my teacher doesn't get suspicious of me because I wasn't feeling well so I couldn't do the assignment. And brainly is being so weird so if i tried to give 20 points it might give you 15 or 10. Thank you
