When we take photographs on a vacation, we often try to include connections in the photograph to interests and contexts. This helps us understand where the photograph was taken, when it was taken, or why the photograph was taken. If you think of photographs as telling a story, it makes sense to include interest and contextual information to help us tell that story.

Practice taking photographs that include context or interest connections. Try photographing many different subjects, as if you were photographing on a vacation and telling the story of that vacation.

Create a presentation of your “vacation” by using a computer program for word processing or presentations. Include at least five photographs in your presentation.
