Mike says he can find a fraction equivalent to 1/10, even though 1/10 is a unit fraction. Is Mike correct? Explain.

I believe mike is correct because 2/20 is equivalent to 1/10. 1/10 is just the most simplified version  10/100 can be simplified into 1/10 because they are both equivalent
